The Broad Spectrum Project - Why did the chicken cross the road?

My show is exactly 14 days away and I'm starting to panic a little.  I have nothing to wear, I need to get my hair "did" and with a little luck, my husband won't have to work.  (long story).  If you are interested in attending the first show, or would simply like to make an appointment to see the work.  Click here.  I will be launching my non profit at the show and will talk about the goals for The Broad Spectrum Project. I will blog more about it later, but for now, I thought I would post a few images from Camphill today.  These images are from an afternoon at Beaver Farm.  The young adult campus is also a working farm and a lot of it is self sustaining.  These images are of the kids hanging out while the staff preps a couple chickens for stock.  My buddy "Warren"- the student's name is changed to respect privacy, was really at home helping the staff pluck and prep the chickens for cooking.   (While I was there the school was hosting a conference about foods. (Not sure exactly what it was about but I can find out the details)
